Turn left onto Via del Poliziano and continue straight for about 500 meters. Az. Agr. Crociani will be on your right at Via del Poliziano, 15. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the walk.

From the Montepulciano bus station (Autostazione) on Piazzale P. Nenni, take the 'Pollicino' (Linea N), a small electric bus that operates within the historic center. Ride the bus up the main street to the stop closest to Via del Poliziano. From there, walk a short distance to Az. Agr. Crociani at Via del Poliziano, 15. Bus tickets can be purchased at tabaccherie or edicole (newsstands). A single ticket costs approximately €1-€1.50.
