Walking
From the center of Siena, start at Piazza del Campo. Head southeast on Via di Città, which will take you past the beautiful medieval buildings. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn left onto Via Banchi di Sopra and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Viale Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue straight on this road, which will eventually become Strada dell'Osservanza. Follow Strada dell'Osservanza for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Basilica dell'Osservanza on your left at Str. dell'Osservanza, 7.

From the central bus station in Siena (Piazza Gramsci), take the local bus line 'R'. The bus will head towards the outskirts of the city. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the bus stop labeled 'Osservanza'. Once you get off, walk about 5 minutes down Strada dell'Osservanza, and you will arrive at the Basilica dell'Osservanza at Str. dell'Osservanza, 7.
