From Piazza Gramsci, head towards Via Massetana Romana and then take the first right onto Via di Città. Follow Via di Città until you reach Piazza del Campo, then continue as described above to reach the Cripta del Duomo di Siena.

If you are in the Fortezza Medicea, exit the fortress and walk towards Via delle Campane. Continue straight until you reach Via di Città.
