If you are starting from Piazza del Campo, head towards the north side of the square and take the Via di Città. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn right onto Via Banchi di Sopra and walk for another 200 meters. As you approach the Duomo, you will see Santa Maria della Scala on your left, located at Piazza del Duomo, 1.

From the Siena Train Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located just outside. Take the local bus (Line 3 or 4) towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Piazza del Duomo.' Once you disembark, walk towards the Duomo, and Santa Maria della Scala will be located at Piazza del Duomo, 1, right next to the cathedral.
