Walking
From the center of Sorrento, head towards the Sorrento train station. Once you reach the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. The journey takes about 1 hour. After arriving at Naples Garibaldi Station, exit the train station and follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Università stop. From there, walk towards Via Mezzocannone, and you'll soon reach the Decumani area, renowned for its historic streets and vibrant atmosphere.
Bus
Begin at the Sorrento bus terminal located near Piazza Tasso. Take the EAV bus towards Naples; this will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Naples, get off at the central bus station. From there, it’s a short walk to the Decumani area. Head towards Corso Umberto I, then turn onto Via Mezzocannone, where you'll find the historic Decumani streets.
Ferry
Start at the Sorrento harbor, which is just a short walk from the Piazza Tasso. Take a ferry to Naples; the ride lasts approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Naples harbor, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards the Metro Line 1 station. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and disembark at the Università stop. From there, follow the signs to Via Mezzocannone, leading you into the heart of the Decumani area.
