    Walking

    Start from Piazza Tasso, the main square in Sorrento. Head east on Via San Cesareo, a bustling street filled with shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, which will lead you to the intersection with Via degli Aranci. Turn left on Via degli Aranci and walk until you reach the train station, Stazione di Sorrento. Once there, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train heading towards Naples. After a scenic ride of approximately 1 hour, disembark at the Napoli Centrale station. From Napoli Centrale, follow the signs to the Metro Line 1 and take it to Garibaldi station. Finally, exit the station and walk towards Piazza Monteoliveto, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Metro stop.

    Bus

    From Sorrento’s main square, Piazza Tasso, locate the bus stop for the SITA bus service. Take the bus heading towards Naples. The journey takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The bus will drop you off at the Naples bus terminal near the city center. From there, head towards Via Duomo and walk towards Piazza Monteoliveto. You will find it approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, passing through the vibrant streets of Naples.

    Begin your journey at the Sorrento train station, Stazione di Sorrento. Board the Circumvesuviana train heading to Naples. The ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale station, follow the signs to exit. From there, it is a short walk to Piazza Monteoliveto. Head towards Via Duomo and continue straight until you reach the square. This final segment will take you around 10-15 minutes on foot.
