Walking
Start at the Sorrento train station. Exit the station and head towards the main road, Corso Italia. Turn right and walk straight on Corso Italia for about 10 minutes until you reach the Piazza Tasso, the main square in Sorrento. From Piazza Tasso, take the stairs down to Via Marina Piccola. Continue straight onto Via Marina Piccola, which will lead you towards the harbor. From there, you can catch a ferry to Positano. It’s approximately a 30-minute ferry ride. Once you arrive in Positano, follow the signs to Viale Pasitea, which is a short walk from the ferry dock.
Bus
From Sorrento, walk to the bus terminal located near Piazza Tasso. Look for the bus to Positano, which is operated by the Sita bus company. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Positano, get off at the stop that is closest to the beach, and from there, it's a short walk to Viale Pasitea. Follow the main road uphill to reach Viale Pasitea.
