Getting There

    If you are traveling by car, head toward the Val Gardena valley. From Bolzano, take the SS242 road towards Ortisei. Once in Ortisei, follow signs for the Seceda cable car. Park at the cable car station where there are paid parking facilities. The cost is approximately €5 for a day. From the cable car station, take the Seceda gondola up to the Seceda plateau. The gondola ride takes about 15 minutes and costs around €20 for a round trip.

    To reach Puez-Geisler Nature Park via public transportation, take a train to Bolzano. From Bolzano, catch a bus to Ortisei (Bus Line 170). The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Once in Ortisei, walk to the Seceda cable car station (approximately 15 minutes on foot). The gondola ride from Seceda cable car station to the Seceda plateau will cost around €20 for a round trip.
