Walking
Start at the main square of Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile. From the square, head down Via Teatro Greco, which is the street that leads to the ancient Greek Theatre. Continue walking until you reach the end of this street. Once you arrive at the intersection with Via B. Mauro, turn left. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with SP10. At this point, you will see signs directing you towards Castelmola. Continue walking along SP10 and enjoy the scenic views. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance of Castello di Mola.

From Taormina, head to the bus stop located at Via Luigi Pirandello, near the cable car station. Take the bus heading towards Castelmola. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Castelmola bus stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the main road SP10 and follow the signs for Castello di Mola. It’s a short walk of about 10 minutes up the hill to reach the castle.
