Turn left onto Via Teatro Greco, and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you will reach the bus stop 'Taormina - Porta Messina'. Catch the bus 'Interbus' towards Catania. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach Sant'Alfio. Once you arrive, get off at the stop 'Sant'Alfio'. From here, head east on Via Mareneve for about 1.5 kilometers. The entrance to Cave Serracozzo will be on your left. Look for signs indicating the entrance.
