If you are starting from the Corso Umberto I, the main street in Taormina, walk towards the Porta Catania (the main entrance to the town). From the Porta Catania, continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giardinazzo. Turn left onto Via Giardinazzo, which will lead you uphill. Continue walking until you reach Salita Ciampoli. Turn right onto Salita Ciampoli, and you will find Palazzo Ciampoli on your left.

If you are at the Ancient Theatre of Taormina, exit the theatre and head down the steps towards Via Teatro Greco. Turn left onto Via Teatro Greco and continue walking until you reach Corso Umberto I. Turn right onto Corso Umberto I, then follow it until you see the Porta Catania. From there, continue as described above by walking straight to Via Giardinazzo, turning left, and then right onto Salita Ciampoli.
