Walking
From the center of Taormina, head towards Corso Umberto I, the main street filled with shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will find the entrance to the old Greek Theatre on your left. Keep going down the steps on the right side of the theatre, leading you to the lower part of Taormina. Once down, turn right onto Via Pirandello. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via Leonardo da Vinci. Turn left onto Via Leonardo da Vinci. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus station at the intersection with Via Roma. From here, you can catch a bus to Catania. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Catania, get off at the stop that says 'Catania Centrale.' From there, you can take a local bus or taxi to Via Catira, 40 in San Gregorio di Catania.
Bus
Make your way to the nearest bus stop in Taormina, which is located near the main square, Piazza IX Aprile. Look for the bus line that goes to Catania, usually marked as 'Catania Centrale'. Purchase a ticket from the nearby ticket kiosk or from the bus driver. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic journey to Catania. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Catania Centrale.
