If you're driving from Trento, take the A22 motorway heading south. Exit at Affi, and follow the SS450 towards Malcesine. Continue on the SS240 until you reach Malcesine. Once in the town, follow the signs for 'Castello di Malcesine' which will lead you to Via Castello. Note, there is usually parking available near the castle, but make sure to check for parking fees, which can vary depending on the season.
