  • Public Transport - Train

    If you are in Turin, start by heading to the Torino Porta Nuova train station. Purchase a ticket to Asti, which is a short train ride away (approximately 30 minutes). Once you arrive at the Asti station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Corso Vittorio Alfieri. Turn left and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for Piazza Campo del Palio, which is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. You’ll find the square on your right-hand side as you approach the historical center of Asti.

    From Turin, you can also take a bus to Asti. Go to the Torino Porta Susa bus station and look for buses heading to Asti. After a journey of around 50 minutes, you will arrive at the Asti bus station. From there, exit the bus station and walk straight down Viale Don Giovanni Bosco. Continue straight until you reach Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where you will turn left. Walk towards the city center, and you will find Piazza Campo del Palio about a 15-minute walk from there.
