We had a tour with Idania Garcia who was lovely. If you can you should book directly via withlocals.com as viator didnt pass pertinent information back and forth between us and the guide. Idania had great information to give us as we wondered the city and tried different foods.

It was a great walking tour of Sienna, we toured all of the different neighborhoods, the university and academia hospital. Our guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the history of Sienna. I think we averaged 15,000 steps on the walk but was super fun.
