Continue on SP146 for approximately 7 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of Val d'Orcia. Look for signs directing you to Quercia delle Checche, which will be on your right. There is parking available on site.
Public Transportation
If you're taking public transportation, start by taking a bus from Siena to Pienza. The bus ride typically takes about 1 hour and costs around €5-7. Once you're in Pienza, you will need to take a taxi or a local ride-sharing service to reach Quercia delle Checche, as public transport does not directly serve this nature preserve.
