If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the town of Kastelruth (Kastelruth, 39040, South Tyrol). From Val di Fassa, take the SS48 road towards the town of Vigo di Fassa, then merge onto the SS242 towards Ortisei. Follow the signs leading to Kastelruth. Once you arrive in Kastelruth, follow the signs for 'Panorama' or 'Viewpoint Bench Panorama' to reach the parking area. Parking may incur a fee, so be sure to have some change or a parking app ready.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from various locations in Val di Fassa to Ortisei. Check the local bus schedule for routes such as the bus from Canazei or Campitello di Fassa. Upon reaching Ortisei, transfer to a bus heading to Kastelruth. Once in Kastelruth, you can either walk to the Viewpoint Bench Panorama, which is approximately a 20-minute walk uphill, or take a taxi if available.
Walking
