Getting There

Car

If you are driving from Ortisei, head east on Strada Dolomites/SS242 towards Selva di Val Gardena. Continue to follow SS242 for approximately 16 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Strada del Piz for another 6 km. When you reach the town of San Giovanni di Fassa, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Fassa Valley. The valley is well marked, and you will find parking spaces available nearby.
Public Transportation

To reach Fassa Valley via public transport, take the local bus from Ortisei. Board the bus at the Ortisei bus station and purchase a ticket for San Giovanni di Fassa. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Giovanni di Fassa bus station, exit the bus and follow the signs toward Fassa Valley. It's a short walk from the bus station, approximately 10 minutes, and you will see the stunning views of the valley ahead.
Car

If you are coming from Canazei, take SS641 towards Pozza di Fassa. After about 5 km, turn left onto Strada del Piz and follow the road for approximately 8 km until you reach San Giovanni di Fassa. Look for signs indicating Fassa Valley as you approach the town. There are several parking lots available where you can leave your car.
Public Transportation

From Canazei, you can take a bus to San Giovanni di Fassa. Start at the Canazei bus terminal and board the bus heading towards San Giovanni. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the local signs leading to Fassa Valley, which is within walking distance from the bus stop.
