  • Car

    If you are driving, head towards Sëlva from wherever you are in Val Gardena. Once in Sëlva, look for signs leading to the 'Ciampinoi' area. You can park at the Ciampinoi cable car station. From there, take the cable car to reach the higher trails. A one-way ticket for the cable car costs approximately €10. After reaching the top, follow the marked trail towards Lech de Ciampedel, which is about a 30-minute hike.

    To reach Lech de Ciampedel using public transport, look for the local bus service operating in Val Gardena. Take the bus towards Sëlva, and get off at the 'Ciampinoi' stop. The bus fare is around €2. From the bus stop, walk to the Ciampinoi cable car station. Purchase a ticket for the cable car (one-way ticket costs about €10) and once at the top, follow the marked hiking trail for about 30 minutes to reach Lech de Ciampedel.
