Car
From Valdarno, take the SR69 road towards Florence. As you approach Florence, follow the signs for 'Centro' to get onto Via dei Serragli. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Borgo S. Jacopo. Turn left onto Borgo S. Jacopo, and Marsilis Tower will be located on your left at number 17. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared to park a bit further away and walk.
Public Transportation
From Valdarno, catch a train from the nearest station to Florence Santa Maria Novella (SMN). The train journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once at SMN, exit the station and take bus line 23 or 1 towards 'Piazza della Libertà'. Get off at the 'Piazza della Repubblica' stop. From there, head towards Via dei Calzaiuoli and continue until you reach Borgo S. Jacopo. Turn right, and Marsilis Tower will be at number 17. The bus ticket costs approximately €1.50.
Walking
If you are already in Florence, and just need to reach Marsilis Tower, walk from the historic center towards the Arno River. Once at the riverbank, walk along the Lungarno (the path by the river) until you reach Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via de' Guicciardini, then turn left onto Borgo S. Jacopo. Marsilis Tower will be on your right at number 17.
