Car
If you are driving from Valdarno, take the A1 motorway towards Florence. Exit at Firenze Sud and follow signs for Centro. Continue on Viale Giovanni Amendola until you reach Piazza della Libertà. From there, follow signs to Piazza della Signoria. There is limited parking available in the area, so consider using a parking garage such as Garage delle Terme or Garage Michelangelo. Parking fees can vary but expect to pay around €2-€4 per hour.
Train
Take a train from one of the stations in Valdarno (such as Montevarchi or Arezzo) to Florence Santa Maria Novella station. The journey typically takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Florence Santa Maria Novella, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. You can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a bus (Line C2) towards Piazza della Signoria. If you choose to walk, head down Via Panzani, turn left onto Via de' Cerretani, and continue until you reach the square.
