If you're driving, start from Aosta city center and follow Route 47 toward the Gran San Bernardo Pass. Continue on this road, then take the SS27 towards the direction of the Mont Blanc tunnel. Follow signs for the A5 motorway towards Turin. When you reach the exit for Aosta Est, continue on the regional road towards Courmayeur. From Courmayeur, follow the signs to the Mont Blanc tunnel. Once across the border into Switzerland, follow signs for Zermatt. Note that Zermatt is car-free; you will need to park in Täsch and take a shuttle train to Zermatt. Once in Zermatt, walk or take a local taxi to Englischer Viertel 8.

To reach Zermatt using public transport, take a regional train from Aosta to Châtillon. From Châtillon, transfer to a train heading to Zermatt. The journey typically involves a change at Brig, where you catch a train on the MGB line to Zermatt. Upon arriving in Zermatt, walk towards the Englischer Viertel; the address is approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station. Follow the signs to the town center and then to Englischer Viertel 8.
