Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Trieste city center, walk to the main bus station (Autostazione Trieste) located near the Piazza della Libertà. From there, take bus number 20 towards 'Grado'. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. The bus will take you towards Parecag. After approximately 45 minutes, alight at the 'Parecag' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Lepa Vida Spa-bar. Head southeast on the main road. The bar is located at 6333 Parecag, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Train and Walk

  Start at the Trieste Centrale railway station. Take a train towards Gorizia or Nova Gorica. Check the schedule for trains that stop at the 'Monfalcone' station. After about 30 minutes, get off at Monfalcone. From there, you can take a bus number 10 towards Grado and get off at the 'Parecag' stop. Once you arrive, follow the signs or use a map application to walk to Lepa Vida Spa-bar, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Trieste. Head towards the coastal paths heading north. Follow the signs towards Grado. The ride to Parecag will take about 1.5 hours. As you approach Parecag, look for signs directing you to local attractions. Once you reach the area, Lepa Vida Spa-bar is situated at 6333 Parecag. Secure your bike in a safe location before heading into the bar.

• Walking

  If you're up for a longer walk, you can start from the city center of Trieste and head towards the coast. The journey will take around 2 to 2.5 hours. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views. Continue towards the northern beaches, following the road signs to Parecag. Once you arrive in Parecag, Lepa Vida Spa-bar is located at 6333 Parecag. Look for the bar on the main road as you enter the neighborhood.
