Clara was an amazing guide for an amazing museum- we got so much more out of it than we would have on our own- me and my sister loved the stories about Peggy Guggenheim that Clara shared with us as well as the detailed discussion of some of the themes of the work in the collection.

The tour was very enlightening as it has such a wide collection of art of the modern early twentieth century artists. The guide Ms Alessandra was very well versed and competent on the many topics. The key point was the historical life of Peggy Guggenheim and the various traumas that the latter experienced which shaped her life as a n art collector. Peggy made a mark for herself instead of just being rich. Her legacy benefits the present generation with a rich assortment of modern paintings.
