Public Transportation
If you're starting from the Venice Lido Ferry Terminal, head towards the main street, Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta. Board the Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 towards San Marco. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the San Marco stop. From there, walk towards the Piazza San Marco and follow the signs to the Rialto Bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection where you will find Ponte della Vigna on your right.
Walking
If you're in the vicinity of the Venice Lido Beach, start by walking towards the main road, Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta. Head northwest until you reach the Vaporetto stop. Take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards San Marco, and get off at the San Marco stop. From there, walk through the bustling square of Piazza San Marco, and head towards the waterfront, following the signs to the Rialto Bridge. Continue straight across the bridge, and once you reach the other side, look for Ponte della Vigna on your right.
Car
If you are driving from another part of Venice, take the road towards the Venice Lido. Upon arrival, park your car at one of the designated parking areas near the ferry terminal. Then, take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards San Marco from the terminal. After a short ride, disembark at the San Marco stop. Walk towards Piazza San Marco, and then follow the path towards the Rialto Bridge. After crossing the bridge, Ponte della Vigna will be on your right.
