If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head southwest towards the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and walk straight until you reach the main road, Calle larga XXII Marzo. Turn right and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left into the narrow alley, and follow the signs for 'Dorsoduro'. After a short walk, you will reach Ca' Macana Original, located at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 3215.

Continue walking straight down the narrow streets until you reach Ca' Macana Original at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 3215.
