If you are starting from the Rialto Bridge, walk south along the Mercato di Rialto until you reach the end of the market. Continue straight until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. From Campo San Bartolomeo, head west towards the Calle dei Fabbri. Follow this street until you come to a small intersection. Turn left onto Calle del Cristo and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Campo Sant'Anzolo.
