Walking
If you are starting from St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the Basilica di San Marco. As you face the basilica, take the left exit towards the Riva degli Schiavoni. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead. When you reach the Campo Santa Maria Formosa, turn right and walk towards the Calle del Traghetto. Continue walking straight through the narrow streets until you reach Campo Santo Stefano, where the Chiesa di Santo Stefano is located.

From the Rialto Bridge, head towards the Mercato di Rialto. Once you are at the market, take the Calle della Bissa and continue straight until you reach the Calle del Mondo Novo. Turn left and follow the street until you reach the Campo Santo Stefano. The Chiesa di Santo Stefano will be on your right.

Starting from the Accademia Bridge, go straight onto Campo Santa Maria del Giglio. From there, take the Calle del Teatro and follow it until you reach the Campo Santo Stefano. The Chiesa di Santo Stefano will be located on the right side of the square.

Water Bus (Vaporetto)
If you prefer to take a Vaporetto, board Line 1 or Line 2 at any nearby stop. Get off at the 'Sant'Angelo' stop. From there, walk towards Campo Santo Stefano by heading south on Calle delle Erbe. Follow the signs to Campo Santo Stefano, and you will find the Chiesa di Santo Stefano easily.
