Walking
If you are near Piazza San Marco, head towards the waterfront and follow the Riva degli Schiavoni promenade. Walk west along the promenade until you reach the Ponte della Paglia bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the Vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. From there, take the Vaporetto Line 4.1 towards the Giudecca. After a few stops, disembark at the Zitelle stop. Exit the Vaporetto and walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes along Fondamenta Zitelle until you reach Casa dei Tre Oci at number 43.

Vaporetto
From the main train station (Ferrovia), walk to the nearby Vaporetto stop called Santa Lucia. Take Vaporetto Line 2 towards San Marco or Lido. After a few stops, change at the San Marco stop to Vaporetto Line 4.1 towards Giudecca. Disembark at the Zitelle stop. From there, walk straight along Fondamenta Zitelle for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Casa dei Tre Oci at number 43.

If you are in the Dorsoduro district, make your way towards the Guggenheim Museum. From there, head south towards the Zattere waterfront. Walk along the Zattere promenade going east until you reach the end of the promenade, then take a left onto Fondamenta Zitelle. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Casa dei Tre Oci at number 43.
