If you are near Piazza San Marco, head west towards the waterfront. Once you reach the water, turn left and follow the shoreline along the Riva degli Schiavoni. Continue walking until you reach the Ponte della Paglia, where you will have a beautiful view of the Bridge of Sighs. From there, take the first right into Calle del Pestrin. Follow this narrow street until you reach Campo Santa Maria del Giglio. The church will be located at the far end of the square.

From the Rialto Bridge, head south along the Mercato di Rialto. Exit the market area and turn right into Calle Larga de l'Ascension, leading you towards Piazza San Marco. Once you reach Piazza San Marco, proceed west towards the waterfront, then follow the Riva degli Schiavoni until you reach Ponte della Paglia. Take the first right into Calle del Pestrin and continue until Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, where the church is located.
