If you are starting from the famous St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the waterfront and locate the vaporetto (water bus) stop at San Marco. Take Vaporetto Line 1 towards the direction of Piazzale Roma and get off at the Accademia stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Accademia Bridge (Ponte dell'Accademia) and cross it. After crossing, turn left and continue straight until you reach Campo San Vio, where the Church of San Vio is located.

If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head towards the San Bartolomeo Church, then take the first right onto Calle dei Fabbri. Continue straight until you reach the Campo San Luca, then turn left onto Calle del Teatro. You will arrive at Campo San Vio in about 10-15 minutes. The Church of San Vio will be on your right.
