If you are near the Vaporetto stop 'Murano Museo', take the Vaporetto line 12 towards 'Fondamenta Nove'. Get off at the 'Murano Museo' stop. From there, walk along the Fondamenta Manin. The Former Church Santa Chiara will be on your right at number 1. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the stop.

If you're starting from the 'Murano' area, walk towards the main street, Calle C. The Former Church Santa Chiara is approximately a 10-minute walk. Head southwest on Calle C, then turn right onto Fondamenta Manin. Continue walking straight, and you will see the church at Fondamenta Manin, 1.

Vaporetto (Water Bus)
From Venice's main island, go to the 'Ferrovia' or 'Piazzale Roma' Vaporetto stops. Take the Vaporetto line 42 or 52 towards 'Murano'. Disembark at 'Murano Museo'. Once you get off, follow the instructions above to walk to Fondamenta Manin.
