Take the Vaporetto Line 1 from the nearest stop, either at San Zaccaria or St. Mark's Square. Ride towards the direction of the Ferrovia (train station) and get off at the 'San Toma' stop. Turn right and walk until you find the Parish Church of the Holy Apostles at number 4465.
