If you're starting from Piazza San Marco, exit the square and head towards the Basilica di San Marco. Follow the path leading to the Ponte della Paglia, and cross the bridge. Once across, turn right and follow the canal, passing the Palazzo Ducale on your left. Continue straight until you reach a small square called Campo Santa Maria Formosa. From there, take the exit to your left and walk down the Calle Longa Santa Maria Formosa. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you'll find Libreria Acqua Alta at number 5176b on your right.

If you're starting from the Rialto Bridge, exit the bridge and head towards Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, take the Calle della Bissa and continue straight until you reach Campo San Luca. Next, take the Calle del Lovo and follow the signs leading towards Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Once you arrive at the campo, head towards Calle Longa Santa Maria Formosa, and after a short walk, you'll see Libreria Acqua Alta located at 5176b.

If you're near the train station (Venezia Santa Lucia), exit the station and continue to the left along the Grand Canal. Walk towards the Ferrovia Vaporetto stop and take the Vaporetto Line 1 towards San Marco. Get off at the San Marco Vallaresso stop. From there, walk towards the Basilica di San Marco and follow the same directions as starting from Piazza San Marco, heading towards Campo Santa Maria Formosa and Calle Longa Santa Maria Formosa until you reach Libreria Acqua Alta.
