If you are near St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), start by facing the Basilica di San Marco. From there, walk towards the left side of the square, exiting through the archway that leads to the 'Salizada dei Specchieri'. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will find a small bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Campo S. Zaccaria. The Chiesa di San Zaccaria will be on your right as you enter the square.

If you are near the Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto), start by walking towards the 'Mercato di Rialto' area. From there, take the street called 'Calle della Rassegna' and continue straight until you reach the 'Campo San Giovanni e Paolo'. Once there, turn left onto 'Calle della Pietà' and follow the signs towards 'Campo S. Zaccaria'. The church will be located in the square; look for the distinct façade.

Walking
If you are at the Santa Lucia Railway Station (Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia), exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. You can take a Vaporetto (water bus) from the station. Board the Vaporetto line 1 or 2 heading towards San Marco. Alight at the 'San Zaccaria' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the church. Follow the signs; it will be on your left as you approach Campo S. Zaccaria.
