If you are starting from the Rialto Bridge, head south towards the San Polo district. Cross the bridge and walk straight to the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, take the Calle dei Fabbri and follow it until you reach the Grand Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Accademia Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dorsoduro. Turn left onto Dorsoduro and walk until you see the Peggy Guggenheim Collection on your right at Dorsoduro, 701.

From St. Mark's Square, walk towards the waterfront and head west along the Riva degli Schiavoni. Continue until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for the Accademia Gallery. After crossing the Accademia Bridge, continue straight until you reach Dorsoduro. Turn right onto Dorsoduro and walk until you find the Peggy Guggenheim Collection at Dorsoduro, 701.

If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, board line 1 or line 2 at any nearby stop, such as 'San Marco Vallaresso' or 'Rialto.' Disembark at the 'Accademia' stop. From there, exit onto the street and walk straight across the Accademia Bridge. Continue straight down Dorsoduro until you reach the Peggy Guggenheim Collection at Dorsoduro, 701 on your right.
