From St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the Basilica di San Marco. Exit the square from the left side (facing the basilica) and take the first left onto Calle Larga San Marco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Turn right onto the waterfront promenade (Riva degli Schiavoni) and continue walking along the canal. As you walk, keep an eye on the signs pointing toward Ponte dei Pugni. After about 10 minutes, you will come to a small bridge; cross it and keep walking straight.
