    From St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the Basilica di San Marco. Exit the square from the left side (facing the basilica) and take the first left onto Calle Larga San Marco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Turn right onto the waterfront promenade (Riva degli Schiavoni) and continue walking along the canal. As you walk, keep an eye on the signs pointing toward Ponte dei Pugni. After about 10 minutes, you will come to a small bridge; cross it and keep walking straight. You will soon see the Ponte dei Pugni up ahead, located between the districts of Dorsoduro and San Polo.

    If you are at the Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto), exit the bridge and head south down the Calle della Bissa. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street at the Grand Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal. After a few minutes, keep an eye out for a small street (Calle dei Pugni) that leads towards the Ponte dei Pugni. Follow this street until you reach the bridge.

    Starting from the Accademia Gallery (Galleria dell'Accademia), exit and walk towards the Grand Canal. Cross the Accademia Bridge (Ponte dell'Accademia) and continue walking straight into the Dorsoduro district. Follow the signs directing you towards Ponte dei Pugni. The bridge is approximately a 15-minute walk from the gallery, and as you walk, enjoy the beautiful canals and local shops along the way.
