Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head towards the waterfront and follow the signs for the Vaporetto (water bus) stop at San Marco. Take the Vaporetto line 1 towards Piazzale Roma. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Rialto'. Once you disembark, walk towards the Rialto Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach a small square. From there, take a left turn onto Calle dei Cinque. Walk straight until you see a small canal on your right. Ponte Dei Scalini will be on your left just after you cross the small canal.
