Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach the next major intersection. Turn left onto Calle del Fruttariol and then take the first right onto Calle dei Stagneri. Follow this street until you reach Campo San Luca, which will be on your right.

If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, board the Line 1 from the nearest stop to you (e.g., Rialto or San Marco) and get off at the San Marco Vallaresso stop. From there, head north towards the Grand Canal and take Calle dei Fabbri, which will lead you towards Campo San Luca. Turn left onto Calle de la Bissa, and you will find Campo San Luca on your right after a short walk.
