From the Rialto Bridge, head south on the Calle dei Fabbri toward the Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight onto the Calle del Lovo. After about 5 minutes of walking, you will come to a small square. Turn left onto the Calle del Magazzeno, which will lead you directly to Campo San Pantalon. Take the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 from the nearest stop, such as 'San Marco Vallaresso' or 'Rialto', heading towards 'P. le Roma' or 'Ferrovia'. Get off at the 'P. le Roma' stop. From there, walk north along the Fondamenta Santa Lucia until you reach the Ponte delle Guglie bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you arrive at Campo San Pantalon, which will be a few minutes further on your left.
