If you are near St. Mark's Square, head east towards the waterfront. Walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni promenade, enjoying views of the lagoon. Continue walking straight until you reach the Ponte della Paglia bridge. Cross the bridge and continue along the waterfront for about 15 minutes. You will pass the impressive Arsenale di Venezia on your left. Keep an eye out for the green and lush Giardini della Biennale on your right.
