If you are starting from the famous St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head east towards the Calle dei Fabbri. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Turn left and walk until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge and continue straight on the San Polo district. Follow signs to 'San Polo' and keep going until you reach Campo San Polo. From there, head towards the Ponte de S. Paterniàn, where Lo's places is located at 4231.
