Walking
If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head towards the Basilica di San Marco. From there, exit the square and take the Calle dei Fabbri, which is a small street that leads you to the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross this bridge and continue straight until you find the Rio di Palazzo canal. The Ponte del Volto will be ahead on your right, just past the intersection of the canal.
Vaporetto (Water Bus)
If you prefer to take a Vaporetto, find your way to the nearest Vaporetto stop. If you are near the Rialto Bridge, take Line 1 in the direction of San Marco. Get off at the San Marco Vallaresso stop. From there, walk straight up the Calle Vallaresso, then turn left onto Calle dei Fabbri. Continue until you reach the Riva degli Schiavoni, then follow the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross over the bridge and the Ponte del Volto will be just ahead on your right.
Walking
From the Santa Lucia Train Station (Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia), exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. You can either walk along the canal towards the Rialto Bridge or take a Vaporetto. If walking, follow the side streets towards the Strada Nova and then continue towards the Rialto area. Once you reach the Rialto Bridge, continue down to the Riva del Vin and then head towards the Riva degli Schiavoni. Follow this path until you reach the Ponte della Paglia, where you will find the Ponte del Volto on your right.
