Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head towards the Doge's Palace and exit onto the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the Calle della Mandola. Turn left onto Calle della Mandola and follow it until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, follow the signs towards Rialto Bridge, which is just a short walk away.

If you are near the Grand Canal, take Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 towards Rialto. Board the Vaporetto at the nearest stop (e.g., San Marco or Accademia). The ride will take you directly to the Rialto stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs to Rialto Bridge, which is just a few steps away.

From the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and head towards the Grand Canal. Take the first left onto Lista di Spagna and walk straight until you reach the canal. Turn right and walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte degli Scalzi. Cross the bridge and continue straight into the Cannaregio district, following the signs towards Rialto. You will eventually reach Rialto Bridge after navigating through a few narrow streets.
