Walking
If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head towards the Campo San Polo. From there, take the Calle del Campanile which leads you to the Strada Nova. Continue straight until you reach the Cannaregio district. Once you arrive at the Strada Nova, turn left and follow the street until you see the Ghetto area. The Sinagoga Spagnola will be on Cl. Ghetto Vecchio, at number 1147, right in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto.

Take the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 from any stop along the Grand Canal. Get off at the Ca' d'Oro stop. From there, exit the Vaporetto and head straight towards the Strada Nova. Turn left onto the Strada Nova and continue walking until you reach the Jewish Ghetto. The Sinagoga Spagnola is located at Cl. Ghetto Vecchio, 1147.
