Walking
If you're starting from the Verona Porta Nuova train station, exit the station and head northwest on Viale Piave. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Piazza Bra, where you'll see the famous Arena di Verona. From there, walk through Via Mazzini, a popular shopping street, and continue straight until you reach Piazza delle Erbe. At this square, turn left onto Via Cappello and walk until you reach Via Dogana. The Museo della Dogana di Verona will be on your left at Via Dogana, 6.

From Verona Porta Nuova train station, take bus number 11 towards 'Cimitero' and get off at the 'Piazza Bra' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Arena di Verona. Then, follow the previous walking directions from Piazza Bra to Piazza delle Erbe, and onto Via Cappello, turning left onto Via Dogana. The museum will be on your left at Via Dogana, 6.
