Walking
If you are in the city center, start at Piazza Bra. From there, head southeast towards Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you'll find the famous Arena di Verona. From the Arena, take Via Carlo Cattaneo and walk east until you hit the intersection with Via S. Giovanni in Valle. Turn left onto Via S. Giovanni in Valle and continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you'll see San Giovanni in Valle on your right at number 36.

If you are near the main train station, Verona Porta Nuova, take bus line 32 towards 'Corte Rona'. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'S. Giovanni in Valle' stop. From there, walk back towards Via S. Giovanni in Valle and you will find the church at number 36, about a 5-minute walk.
