Getting There

• Public Transport

  From the center of Verona, head to Verona Porta Nuova train station. You can walk or take a local bus to reach the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Desenzano del Garda/Sirmione. The train journey will take about 20-30 minutes. After arriving at Desenzano del Garda, exit the train station and look for the bus stop for Line 26 towards Sirmione. Board the bus and ride for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the 'Sirmione' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Spiaggia Giamaica. Head east on Via Roma, then turn right onto Via Faustina. Follow the road until you reach the beach.

• Bike Rental

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Verona and ride towards Sirmione. Start from Piazza Bra and head towards Viale Piave, which will eventually lead you to the lakeside road. Follow the SP572 road along Lake Garda, enjoying scenic views. The distance is about 35 kilometers, and it should take you around 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Spiaggia Giamaica. Once you arrive in Sirmione, follow the signs to the beach area, specifically to Via Faustina, where Spiaggia Giamaica is located.

• Taxi or Ride-Sharing

  You can also take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app from Verona to Spiaggia Giamaica. This option is more direct and convenient if you have luggage or prefer not to navigate public transportation. Just provide the driver with the address: Via Faustina, 2, 25019 Sirmione BS. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
