If you prefer public transport, you can take Bus Line 21 from the nearest bus stop in Borgo Trento. Board the bus towards 'Verona Centro.' After approximately 10 minutes, alight at the 'Piazza Bra' stop. From there, walk towards the Arena di Verona, then head north to reach P.za dei Signori. Loggia del Consiglio will be on your right. Note that a single bus ticket costs around €1.50.
