    From Viareggio, take the A12 motorway towards Livorno. Exit at Pisa Nord and follow the signs for Pisa. Continue on Via Aurelia and follow the signs for the city center. Once in Pisa, look for signs to Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini. The Medici Palace is located at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 7. There is parking available nearby, but be aware of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in the city center.

  • Public Transport - Train

    From Viareggio train station, take a regional train towards Pisa Centrale. The train ride takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Pisa Centrale, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located just outside. Take bus number 3 or 4, which will take you to the city center. Get off at the stop 'Piazza del Duomo' and walk towards Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, which is about a 10-minute walk from there. Follow the signs towards the Medici Palace located at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 7.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you are in Forte dei Marmi, take the L50 bus towards Pisa. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Pisa, get off at the stop 'Piazza Vittorio Emanuele'. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini. Walk straight down Via Roma, and then turn right onto Via S. Maria which will lead you to Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini. The Medici Palace is located at number 7.
